  15. FREE MOBILE PHONE    Assurance Wireless, for low-income households, offers free monthly data, unlimited texting, and free minutes.  You may qualify if you or a member of your household participate in MassHealth, SNAP, SSI, Veterans & Survivors Pension

  16. LICENSED CHILD CARE IN MA  The Department of Early Education & Care online directory.

  17. INTERNET DISCOUNT  Up to $50/month for a broadband service.  Up to $100 to purchase a device from participating providers (onetime discount). 

  18. CHILD TAX CREDIT FOR 2021 FILING SEASON Families can receive up to $300 a month for every child ages 0-5 and $250 a month for every child ages 6-17 living in their household. Families do not need any earnings to qualify.   19. English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Online classes using smartphones and other devices.  Serves adult immigrants and others in society who have been marginalized. ESOL training is for those who have recently arrived in the U. S. and need better language and social interaction skills to obtain employment and to live successfully in this country.
