EARLY INTERVENTION
Early Intervention programs evaluate and serve children from birth to age three born with prematurity, disabilities or who show symptoms of delay; they also offer integrated play groups for children and support services to families. EI accepts referrals from health care professionals and families concerned about their child’s development.

DTA can be reached by calling the Assistance Line at 1-877-382-2363. You can call this line anytime, 24/7 to determine your current case status and benefits, update your contact information, request Income Verification Letters, and find out the date of your next SNAP re-certification. During our business hours from 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., you can call this line to reach a case manager, finish a SNAP interview, speak to someone about domestic violence assistance, or to reach the fraud hotline, EBT hotline, hearings and appeals division, Fraud Investigation and Data Matching unit, overpayments and recovery, cash case worker, or local offices.

HEAD START
An early care and education program that services low to moderate income families with children birth to five years old. The program fosters children’s cognitive, physical and social-emotional development and prepares children to enter kindergarten ready to learn. Family support, nutrition, health and parent involvement services are provided.

MASSHEALTH AND SNAP
To better assist families, WIC is working with community partners to offer MassHealth and SNAP enrollment right at our WIC offices. Xuan Du and the Community Health Navigator Team, from Manet Community Health Center will be available to answer questions and enroll participants.
